Cancellation & LAte Payment policy

Late Payment

• Payment for the after-school program is processed on the 1st of each month, unless you've paid the full annual fee upfront. Monthly payments run through your final payment in May of the academic year.

• A payment is considered late if we haven't received it by the 6th of the month. Payments received after the 6th will incur a $35 late fee. If we don't receive payment by the 10th of the month, we will cancel your enrollment in the program unless you reach out for assistance

• If you need to update your payment method, you can do so through billing in your account that you used for enrollment.

Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your enrollment at any time by emailing us at info@thestemlabsc.org. To allow time to process your request, please provide at least 7 days' notice before your next billing date.

• Cancellations take effect at the start of the next payment cycle. Tuition already paid for the current month or any prior months is non-refundable.
